I expect we hear from HIHI soon - they didn't just catch up on filings and get current for nothing. Here is something I found interesting from their last Quarterly Report:

"establishing a mutual interest with a top boutique Investment Relations firm, Carmel Advisors, San Diego, California, to create market awareness of our company, stock, and plans, resulting in a signed agreement on May 2, 2014"
