I'm not expecting anything else, but the "typical mumbo jumbo" I'm sad to say. Nasdaq is almost off my screen and I don't think they managed to get any significant financing in place either...I don't think they have a problem with the urgency though.
Hopefully we could get some more details now when the S-1 is terminated....but to expect any of the board member to go is just naive and if Nisse would go that could also mean a serious turbulence to our already depressed pps. I don't think that Nisse is involved in the financing or the Nq issues at all
