QASP STILL GAGED as of 1008 AM EDT May 30, 2014.

Called T/A this morning & spoke with Ervin who informed me that the T/A has received NO information from QASP to REMOVE the GAG of the T/A issuing any Share structure information to Stockholders. QASP has instructed them to direct ALL inquires to the Company via Donnell Vigil.

When I ask Erwin to Confirm this in an Email as he did the last time I spoke.. He informed me he COULD NO LONGER DO SO...
OH well.... Transparency QASP Style..

Guess I should have expected this.....
