JJ, maybe it's just me, but i can't follow your logic. The 8k was very clear. The company intends to ship the instrument to the MD Anderson Cancer Center on May 27th.

What's not so clear is why they (IR/PR) would allow a moron like Mayfield to cover the event, or is management so ego driven that they would not consult with IR/PR setting up the event?

So your saying the instrument is not shipped? and if so, how do you know?

IF true, then the word "intends" shows that they were not sure or they were covering their butts.

Your not doing management any favors by showing how ineptly managed this entire event has been.

Its never my intention to point fingers, but in any normal situation, the finger has to be pointed at IR/PR.
