Paul wants the HQ in NYC so he will be close to the NASDAQ executives during the time the company negotiates an uplisting..

Plus all the other positives that result from being in NYC...
retail expansion... marketing opportunities... close to big investors to get institutional money interested when this makes it to the NASDAQ big board... I am thinking the Winter 2015?
