There are 320 some thousand shares sitting in an IRA account that are the aftermath of Joe's 1000 R/S that I believe would actually be GREEN @.10.

BUT I DON'T and WON'T BELIEVE a word of it Untill I see the $32,000 some DOLLARS in by Account and I sell @.10 and put the $32,000 + Dollars into CASH... THEN I WILL BELIVE.. NOT a SECOND BEFORE..

Been through this " IMMINENT Stuff" with QASP before and HOPE none of the QASP Class of 2014 ( those who bought shares for 1st Time in 2014) Ever go through what the Classes of 2009, 2010, and 2011 have experienced..

IMHO.... There will be ANOTHER DELAY past 5pm EDT June 06, 2014... that Management will blame on Something ?... but Will Tell US something GOOD will be happening REAL soon... Close enough to just wait & see...

QASP has been a GREAT ATM Machine and there is MUCH MORE to Come from QASP as an ATM...BUT I DON"T and WON'T BELIEVE it until the $.10 CASH is in my Hand..

After That.. I'll keep enough shares to Attend the EVERY Annual QASP stockholders Meeting and mingle with the the QASP Qzillionaires also in attendance. I enjoy asking Management questions from trhe floor at Stockholders Meetings. You ALL would MISS ME anyway...

I'll Call the T/A later this Morning for the " Bomb Shell News" and Find out What is TRUE here concerning A/S & O/S..

Sincerely Hope I find the T/A without a GAG. If so, that is a GREAT STEP in the correct Direction for CEO Vigil, for QASP and for the Future...IF TRUE.

IF T/A GAGGED ... well.. That action will say MORE than 100,000 words of QASP HopeTalk..
