I've noticed as time goes by people have lost the ability to form a line properly. I just schooled a whole group of folks standing off to the side "waiting in line". I just cued up directly behind the person being waited on. I don't know which line they thought they were standing in, but guess what? I'm next!

Off of his facebook, I love this guy. Willing to speak up, he won't be walked on, not in life or in the business world. Were in good hands.
