And when Sherman announced they were going to catch up with the filings 3 years ago during a CC was that also viewed "as a positive" ?

How did that turn out ?

Seems it turned out to be just another lie as years went by and the company went dark after releasing just a few.

Sorry, but it is hard to swallow anything that Sherman says as actually being the truth.
