I am going to say it again, and if i had the power to request documentation. i will ask the same question. who made the phone call to MOODYS on august 22 2008, when warren buffet was entertaining the idea of bailing out a GSE. BAM in the same day, the instrument went from a A1 to a Baa3 > junk < in the blink of an eye ( less than 24 hours _)
