Facts are at this current time we know the O/S is just shy above 1B and at the end of the day that is all that matters when we talking about shares that can be traded. 1B seems like a lot but we are in pinks and in sub pennies. That is a norm and we see multiple pennies reach with an O/S of that size.

When we talk about dilution which is what it is called when a note is converted into shares there is a few things one has to remember. A) A note cannot be convert until a certain time period as elapse and in most cases you are looking at 6 months! B) When it is time to convert that note it is converted into a avg share price over the last X amount of business days. I have seen 10-15 for this number. C) Even when it is time to convert a note, a note holder cannot just "dump" all these shares into the pool. These shares have to be bought just like any other share which means it will usually take a few days to completely "dump" are these shares into the pool. D) We also need to realize that what a note was converted this week at might not be the same PPS of what it might be converted in 6 months. In other words a note might have been converted into 25 million shares this go around but in 6 months it might only be converted into 12.5 million shares.

With that said as long as the PPS is continue to move upwards, the amount of shares being added to the pool becomes smaller and smaller at the same time if we are seeing trading days of 100M plus shares 5M will not affect the PPS! Also if MELY can start mining at 100Th/s by the beginning of July by the end of July you are looking at a revenue around $90K. Which can than be used to by back these notes and cancel in addition to the O/S that might be caused by notes being converted. We can also expect that a lot of share over time will be bought back by the company. We need to realize that what will happen in the future is anybody's guess and should only treated as such and not facts like some of the statement people are making!
