I do not think so, but anyone can guess what they think is going on. Bayport, in my opinion, is operating and taking in some revenue, while trying to expand the business for stockholder benefit. We can't know anything for sure, as you point out that the audited financials are still not being produced. But, the unaudited financials do show revenue, and an ongoing business. As well as showing where the money is being spent. It pays to at least read the financials that are published.
