I did not institute the word scam in my sentences.

The word is lawsuit for an action by a company conceived as improper by some loser who losing money and needs to blame someone cause they are pi$$$ed off overall. It PRZ was a total scam and this same loser was up many dollars. There would be no lawsuit.

The greed of the human soul works in many ways!
