I guess if you say it enough it might become true. Eighteen months and counting and CJ and the rest of the gang haven't got to the bottom of it. Sabotage is a criminal offense yet no arrests. FBI must be inept.

(2) A person who:

(a) carries out an act of sabotage; or

(b) has in his or her possession any article that is capable of use, and which he or she intends for use, in carrying out an act of sabotage;

shall be guilty of an indictable offence.

Penalty: Imprisonment for 15 years.
