I have Scottrade too and when they stopped letting you buy GDSM I opened up an account with Fidelity just for GDSM. I still use my Scottrade account for my main account. Fidelity accounts are easy to open online and only charge $7.95 a trade. I believe you can open up an account with any amount of money and start trading right away. If you have to wait 5 to 10 trading days to buy you might not get these cheap ones. Good luck! GDSM=$$$
