sure there is some stock value "shrinkage" that occurs………ALL SPIN OFFS do that, and since CEO KNOWS full well he is taking a revenue ARM from MCIG, he is AWARDING…. (notice its not "rewarding")……... shareholders with a dividend

is this common???…….NO………does it dilute???………NO……….does it indicate a legacy investor program???………YES

same money, new corp to build stock value in…….same group of motivated investors …(if he handles Mcig affairs properly)
