Exactly. Nothing indicates they are paying a dividend.

Issuance of shares resulting from a spinoff of an affilliate that has no revenues and no assets is NOT the same as paying a dividend. It's just not. It sounds good to say "dividend" like a big boy but the fact of the matter is, IT'S NOT THE SAME.

Even if VitaCig was producing revenue, or even EXISTED in the retail space as of current, MCIG shares are LOSING "asset" value via spinoff of VitaCig. Therefore, there is no realized dividend.


MCIG pps will crash, VitaCig will crash...and MCIG shareholders get double f'ed as a result.

When the thing folks like to call a "dividend" is affected, MCIG will crash. This does no one any good. Just watch what happens. I know it's so hard to believe...but it'll be clear soon....like i ALWAYS say before carnage is realized.
