The problem is, I truly believe there is nothing he can do about it. I think most if not all of this is from the toxic debt being converted. Unless there are some sort of rules in place for the conversion and selling from the agreement. All he can do is sit back and kick himself for financing with that crap. Of course I could be off but that is how I see it. Seems like this should be done pretty soon though.
