Yessir that is where I got the number from but... this does not answer where the shares are does it? That was the question...

Who has them? Surely someone must have them so the question that begs to be asked is why aren't they being traded? They could have sold millions of them over the last week and a half. This might suggest that the tradable float is somewhat small or that they don't want to trade them.
