Finally, some logical thought around here. Think long because short term isn't pretty. Big picture, this is an easy choice IMO. The price reflects no financing for the project. If financing for first stage is secured, this becomes speculation valued based on potential earnings of the studio (which I believe is alot) and no longer a "is it even gonna happen spec play". That is why I am in now. Because in my opinion, if that financing PR hits, this will not be anywhere near this level at open of that trading day.
