I don't see why not. There are no specifics. Nothing any different than all the other MJ penny stocks are tweeting out.
He didn't say a number if shares, didn't say specifics on any deals, didn't say when news would be out (said Monday or Tuesday), didn't name any companies, didn't give any details on the so called "event".

To me, it said sit tight we are working hard as hell to get this going.
