you skipped the most obvious detail of all . . . there was no need to show up in the first place . . . just like mac's other pinkies, this stock was destined to be a zombie . . . and 5 bil OS at .0001 is as dead as it could get . . .
now we have a new CEO, BOD, a planned 12j ( no form 15), and a declaration of insolvency and restructuring, which will obviously fail, to be followed by a BK filing . . . an attempt is clearly underway to save radient-diag, in CA . . . if the shares don't survive BK, the longs get closure, if it does, they get some money back . . .
how about we make this a "winner-take-all" point, and if the shares are R/S relisted i win, lol . . .
