EFLN does not pay the Promoters, that is what I said. They know that those people make a hype, raise the price 200 to 300% and then sell to get paid, and PPS goes back where it started. We don't have that here, that is what I said.
When EFLN goes up for a while, usually 30% to 40% it is because something good has happened like CE removal, new projects in prospect etc. I wish there is more Official News from EFLN.
I don't see where and how you see a Dilution?
There is no Dilution in my opinion!
