Every investor would buy blue chip shares for 0.01. They can´t, but they would. Companies know how to mantain a certain share price, even if investors want to buy cheap.
They should have released financials on time.
NVOB can buy shares to mantain pps above a certain level or offer a cash dividend.
This rollercoaster pps is not good for NVOB.
