It's nothing. News will swallow those up on 1,2 trades.
If they can modify fast enough. Look how fast they jumped off the .0012 to .0013.
Conversely, look at the money on the BID in play. That can modify and take out the block on the ASK at any time.
QASP is a pressure cooker.
I feel very fortunate being here watching today.
