I recieved an email back from Harry today on a few questions I asked. below is what he said about the filing status

"The SEc responded with one comment...file Q1 ..which we are doing. Other than that it looks like clear sailing."

He did not state any time lines for the start of trading but went on to say that Announcements will coincide with trading, and will only be on matters of substance.

Things maybe taking longer than anticipated but I am glad Harry is the one running this project and I have confidence in him to reach the company goals.
