I understand the frustration bud and yea people who held thru the drop in pps (including me down 15k) are like wtf, but imo apt went ahead of their self and took more orders in than they can produce and got stuck in a jam and had to turn down orders.. of course there is always problems and delays with anything (specially when doesnt meet their standards) but hold for at least a year and im more than confident u will be more than happy that u did... good luck
