Penny has come and gone. The insiders are desperate to dump shares and will do so at will with total disregard. I imagine the OS is around 6B now, once it gets close to 10B, they'll just add more shares.

They've stooped to the level of selling erectile disfunction placebos via one of their MJ sites.
