We want to merge/acquire businesses and their people by giving them stock that they do not want to sell until the company has reached it's potential.
The problem is that since the previous acquisitions fell through, the PPS has tanked. Using the current AS doesn't cut it when presenting shares as compensation. We need more shares if we want that HPP, production facility, or any other merger/acquisition to materialize.
If FPFI is a scam/tardfest like most all sub-penny stocks out there, the new shares will simply line the pockets of insiders.
The real trick is whether or not we can find merger/acquisition targets that are OK with holding the shares that we give them in exchange for becoming a part of something legit and larger than themselves.
