The addition of Bill Delgado to the board of directors. The fact that Bill Delgado and Rod Zalunardo both list GDSI's address as their work address on the Wyoming SOS website info for MYEC. The fact that the latest disclosure statement lists MYEC's address as GDSI's address. The fact that MYEC is now using the same attorney as GDSI (Naccarato & Associates). This could be a strategic move to expedite the move to the Nasdaq...
