Same happened to me for about an hour this morning, If you are on e-trade you should call them, they were able to manually clear within 15 minutes. Explanation given was cryptic, something about shorted shares and a computer glitch.

Not sure if it will do any good but have since locked up all my GRCU shares to sell @ my "present target" pps(s) .050 and up.
