CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION PROJECTS

The ERGO CONCEPT AG is in the comfortable position to have a by ERGO CONCEPT PLC - director Siegfried Vetterlein decades developed network in the Berlin real estate industry into it. Completion Reif is a sales contract on 39,000 m2 rand developed building land in King Wusterhausen around the airport Berlin International. The plan here is to build a three-storey of rental housing , and up to two-story homes starting in 2015.
For more than two years working on the implementation of the development plan for holidays and vacation paradise Spremberg dam with a water surface area of 9.6 km2. More than 4 million € public funds have been invested in infrastructure. After the planned takeover of the Spree Camp & Resort by ERGO CONCEPT AG are 128 cottages and 80 apartments will be built.
Also planned is the acquisition of interests in real estate portfolios in eastern regions, where unlike in Berlin, Dresden or Leipzig with already inflated prices , there is still a profitable relationship between the purchase price and return.
