CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION PROJECTS

The ERGO CONCEPT AG is in the comfortable position to have a by ERGO CONCEPT PLC - director Siegfried Vetterlein decades developed network in the Berlin real estate industry into it. Vetterlein himself is co-owner of the land on which one of the largest housing projects in Berlin , the garden city Karl Horst is realized. While construction is already underway here in the first phase ,
the ERGO CONCEPT AG has secured a considerable part of the section "Garden City Karl Horst II" for our own development , for the fourth calendar quarter of 2014, construction law is expected. At this stage of construction includes 8,500 m2 of living space in full monument.
On another Vetterlein relevant land within the environment of the Academy of Sciences in Oberschoeneweide a construction project for student housing with a floor space of 2,500 m2 produced is realized by the ERGO CONCEPT AG.
Completion Reif is a sales contract on 39,000 m2 rand developed building land in King Wusterhausen around the airport Berlin International. The plan here is to build a three-storey of rental housing , and up to two-story homes starting in 2015.
For more than two years working on the implementation of the development plan for holidays and vacation paradise Spremberg dam with a water surface area of 9.6 km2. More than 4 million € public funds have been invested in infrastructure. After the planned takeover of the Spree Camp & Resort by ERGO CONCEPT AG are 128 cottages and 80 apartments will be built.
Also planned is the acquisition of interests in real estate portfolios in eastern regions, where unlike in Berlin, Dresden or Leipzig with already inflated prices , there is still a profitable relationship between the purchase price and return.
