That charge is a ridiculous rip off. The arb has not done almost any trading in at least the last 6 months and probably more then a year.
135 million times 2 cents-- For What?
The GDS trades at a deep discount continuously, so what are they getting paid to do?

They must laugh when that cheque rolls in...
