It is going to be extremely expensive to RERamp-Up Burnstone so we had better hope for at least one year that there are NO further expenses or we will be dealing with a bankruptcy.

Balfour cannot afford for Burnstone to fail yet again.

I would like to see the miners be paid more starting in 2017 if all goes well.

Having worked the administrative end; miners often do NOT understand that you cannot get a pay raise realistically until the Gold or Platinum mine/company i$ profitable.

It WILL take Burnstone TIME to become PROFITABLE and it will be financially unstable until...
