My opinion: Any site that puts their material on the web with no restrictions on who can view
it is open to copying. You can't put it out there for everyone to see, unrestricted, and then claim
there are restrictions.

So you think that all owners of content that is broadcast via unencrypted RF, i.e. standard
TV and radio, loses their copyright? Macdonald's puts a yellow stylized "M" outside all of
their restaurants for "everyone to see, unrestricted"; does that mean anyone can use their
symbol?

I don't see any difference between your moral standard (or lack thereof) and claiming that
anyone finds a house or apartment with an unlocked door is free to help themselves from
the contents.
