Anyone have an opinion on DCN or DPHIQ.PK. I know these are risky so I'm looking for input.

And, with ScotTrade, if I just trade 1 or so a year to try it out, are there costs or are they like they advertise. Will my stock holding alone met the $500 min requirement?
