I agree but I am convinced that the market is the farthest thing on their minds and the shareholders even farther down the list. They are just sweeping their problems under the rug. If there was anything worth reporting a company would sing it out. My bet they have no money so are unable to do any PR and are slow on quarterlies. Its not a secret how failing companies behave. The good ones are transparent and the crap companies like this arent.
