Everyone needs to remember there are good RS's and bad ones. If there is a RS and it is applied to ALL shares.. OS and Preferred alike, then we move up together on equal terms such as done for an uplist. The bad RS is applied to the OS only and is the bases for most dilutive scams where the company then dumps their shares at the higher price. We are not even in that ballpark and not a concern
