OMEX may have limited management staff to oversee multiple on-going recoveries?
'Judge Judy' may have wisely created, the precondition that all OMEX 'resources' be currently applied to present recovery operation (she has mandated OMEX to do)? Thus, we see OMEX trying to do a quickie reoovery (no one knows if OMEX has a time limit on how much recovery 'take' to obtain . . . example leave the little stuff down there . . . its not worth the effort)? Judge may not be allowing enough time for OMEX to do historic study of the wreck? <---'Lets get the gold!'? This is a treasure hunt.
OMEX is pursuing outside film directors and writers, to 'milk' their time on site double or triple time? I just think their is all kinds of $$s to make B-Grade movie plots on this recovery time on site?
Get LionsGate funding involved . . . the Judge can,t really complain about that. It would seem to make sense for USA military vessel (with USA Marshals on broad), to be monitoring the wreck and taking possession on-site of recovery? The military vessel makes the trips to port (with some OMEX overseers), and this scenario might speed the recovery process? Get NCIS involved (TV series) for a plot . . . make the $$s by expanding the PR pie.
Judge and USA Marshals should have requested a drone mission to monitor the surface OMEX operation . . . get the USA Navy involved? More potential shareholders as the word spreads?
Obvious OMEX is keeping the prize coupons tight to their chest?
Expect OMEX to cry salty tears to the Judge . . . for right to some PR coverage. I mean . . . have you ever met a Judge that willing wanted the spotlight tag of 'enemy of free enterprise'?
Invite some big politico names out and notables . . . for the entertainment tonite spots. Put a gold coin on a swim suit model . . , Lady GuyGuy ups the voltage! James C. and Johnny D would probably love to have an invite and PR promo. Stock for movie funding deals? Daa! What a chance to positively plug Made in USA.
Recov should be done within two months, to enable OMEX to do 2+ operations this year? Problem may be OMEX just does not have trusted and trained staff to do 2+ ops/yr?
