See, people need to understand what was "done" to RCCH (the whole Gendarme case) people need to understand (if the look at Vol. charts back then) there is clearly 4.5 to 8.5 Billion NSS shares out there and the "bad guys" are scared witless if this trades again they have to cover the 8.5 BILLION shares.

People need to ask themselves,

BOTH companies founded and or incorporated in 1999
