because the SEC purportedly is telling people that the "name" is the problem and if so, why doesn't Parilla just solve the problem?

and it's standard practice for public company NDAs to have an exclusion for disclosure required by law/SEC rule. (let me know if you want samples). but it serves Parilla's purposes to not guve names - merger partners, law firms, business partners, clients.
