I have a transportation company with zero employees I deliver for major furniture company in the north east , I hire sub contractors who own their 24' box truck and carry all their own insurance cargo , liability, worker comp etc whom I contract to do deliveries......

I get my staff from job pro who pay and manage all their employees needs .I just provide the training and manage them .

How many employees doesn't matter it the structure of the business model is what counts . Take some business structure coarse and you will see I am right .

MCET is better off not having employees because of the liability and health care needs now with Obama care act .
