Val Energy has one rig assigned to Cowley county...it stays busy. And the earlier pr said that they had a rig on standby (poorly chosen word) in Cowley county...not on standby for Formcap.

Formcap has to get in line for the rig as it is available from Val Energy. So after they contract Val Energy, they get queued in line for drilling. That is why the date slipped.

They don't get to say, "ok we're ready now", and jump to the front of the line.
