rj2 - "so called interested buyers" sounds pretty downbeat to me. One of those buyers is a repeat customer and that is really upbeat! Considering how quickly the financial picture is changing for FASC should make you happy. What I find quirky about human nature is that we all, and I will include myself here, tend to continue looking for the worse case even as evidence mounts things are getting better.
Sales are resuming and the pace seems also to be picking up. If you are only looking at today, tomorrow, and next week, I suppose the picture still looks bleak. I have a longer term view and the picture is starting to look pretty good.
With that said, I still have my order in and if anyone is discouraged, please sell!
