I am not so sure about a patent approval. If you look at the website you will see data from Dr. Bot from 2006 for MCT something. if that is what they applied for they waited about 7 years too long. You need to file within one year of publishing data. One of their patent applications has been languishing for about 8 years.

I never said MCET was out of business, that's the other guy. In my opinion MCET is not really in "business" except to exist for speculation. the most important thing was for them to be listed, and that is no longer the case, on the pinky sheets now.
