Not to be critical but its been a lot longer than a year with this CEO and his deception tactics and enablers. This CEO's name goes down into the list of who's who of pinky CEO's. He just blends right in with the many before and the many after. He just does it in a very personal nature making it less clandestine and more direct thinking he's clandestine.

Everything else I agree with and as a public company and a public CEO who uses message boards to do his bidding he is deserving of all the critique. When it involves taking money.....its personal.
