Agreed, however that has been the case for a while. I do not see them going anywhere soon, however I would not pay anything more than 0.0004 for ARTR is that, perhaps even lower if no MOMO by Friday bring May to an end....ARTR is what it is, hype and potential flip once/twice a year if lucky...nothing more....
