Tempy.. I do not see this going up actually..simply a few buyers trying to keep this propped up, will not make ARTR go up...Lack of interest/follow through/actual forward momentum based on factual data is all lacking...I would say now a good buy price is closer to 0.0003---0.0004 range, anything else is over paying for this, and no point in joining the bag-holder club for a year plus....
