Basically part of their M.O. Once remuneration is paid by the broker, JMJ has all the funds they need to fight any litigation.

The only way to stop this type of behavior is fight them in a court of law under a Class Action and force all shares be returned.

So far all fights have went to the companies and not to JMJ..Yet they are still in business..Its been going on for years.

Where is the SEC/FINRA in all this..STOP AND DESIST would be appropriate.
