YOURS--Since CDEX is out of money, maybe someone trying to make a case to sue for unpaid salary?
MINE-- Whoa, you bring up another interesting point, no one has sued Cdex since Mr. Brumfield took over.

Seems that I recall one instance when someone "sued" for discovery. Granted by the court. But did not happen.

But CDEX is not immune can still happen, if CDEX ever has enough assets to make it worthwhile. But unless the OP BOYS come through with another pile of money, not likely to happen.

Is that the reason YALL OP LADS are so slow with additional funds?? Afraid that JB/CDEX will be sued for maybe fraud or sumpin?? Certainly enough lies have been told to make it interesting.
