You can say that again! What we're seeing here is insider's with hundreds of millions of shares selling very carefully, so as not to push the price down. There's been too much volume lately, without the PPS rising, for any other explanation. IMO, it could take another week of days like today, until the insider's are cleaned-out. Then, we will have a legit market and the PPS will rise (as long as the company doesn't issue a huge block of free trading stock to someone in the meantime).

If anyone else has a reasonable explanation for the lack of PPS movement, I'm all ears.
